Project Management

These days, when you become aware of the need to do something significant in your organization – to change or to develop a new process, let’s say - it is probably rather late. Waiting for the necessary expertise to be developed within the organization or for change to be made at top speed solely by the people who know the best the status-quo and are genuinely busy to keep things going is a tempting but far from the optimum decision. We do not pursue a medical degree, specific specialization, whenever we have a health issue or want to lose weight or add muscular mass, do we?
Postponing implementation due to the lack of internal human resources, be them expertise or time, is actually the worst choice a leader does. And the most frequent one. Yes, internal top human resources are always scarce and will be no more abundant in the near future. How much time does any of your top managers have to keep up with the latest developments in her or his area of expertise? How much time she or he will be able and willing to allocate to a new project, aimed at changing a process she or he masters? At that speed, the move you want to make will be ready too late if at all. Sometimes, a third or fourth tier promising professional is appointed as Project Manager. Obviously, most often the person lacks project management skills and have no authority to make things move at a decent speed. Take internal politics and informal processes into consideration and you will get the idea that success does need the luck to appear in such a setting.
We can take full responsibility for project implementation from defining to handing it over to your regular staff. We have tens of years of experience in project management and top level formal education in Project Management. Beyond that, we only commit ourselves to projects in our fields of expertise.
